They also do vermicelli noodles, which is a thinner glassy noodle and udon which is thicker and typically found in Japanese soups. They’ve got a whole ton of other dim-sum options as well so you can get a little bit of everything. Noodletopia has got handmade noodles and delicious dim-sum for those cold winter days.
