From Baklava Pancakes to Banana Nut to Sweet Potato (classic and vegan) we’ve got you covered.
1. Hudson Cafe
Hudson Cafe’s mission is to provide delicious food to a community it loves, whether that be by preparing classics just right or innovative versions of classics. You’re here for pancakes, so let’s see what type Hudson is cooking. Original Buttermilk is a staple of theirs, but they’re also whipping up Oreo pancakes, Red Velvet, Chunky Monkey (which is banana, white chocolate, and caramel) or Cinnabon pancakes with cream cheese frosting. Hudson Cafe is also doing outdoor dining in style, so come and get a short stack under a covered patio.
