Tim Robinson, Metro Detroit native and star/co-creator of the popular sitcom series on Comedy Central, “Detroiters“, is bringing his hit show “I Think You Should Leave” to Detroit for a live show this spring! If you are not familiar with the program, Tim Robinson’s “I Think You Should Leave” is a critically acclaimed sketch-comedy series that has garnered multiple Emmy Awards including Outstanding Short Form Comedy, Drama or Variety Series, which the show won in both 2022 and 2023 and Outstanding Actor in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series, which Tim Robinson himself claimed in both 2022 and ’23 as well!
Everything you need to know about the ‘I Think You Should Leave‘ live show
The live show is slated to be held on Friday, April 5th at 7:30 pm with presale tickets available to the public starting on Thursday, February 8th, starting at 10 am EST. General admission tickets are going to be open to the public for purchase starting this Friday, February 9th, at 10 am EST. It’s worth noting that online it states that ticket sales will be capped at 4 tickets per purchase, meaning that groups of five or larger will have to purchase their tickets in separate batches and under two different ticket-holder accounts. Also important to keep in mind is that the show is only for ages 16+, so if you want to attend and are around the cutoff age, be sure to bring your ID to verify your age upon entry to avoid any issues.
For the live show itself Tim Robinson, who was born and raised in Clarkston, will perform alongside the co-creator and writer of ‘I Think You Should Leave’, Zach Kanin. The show itself will consist of live performances of the best hits from ‘ITYSL’s three seasons, each of which you can view on Netflix.
