What made Father Forgive Me stand out?
The fun vibes, incredible open atmosphere, and quirky cocktails definitely caught the eye of Beli users, and certainly, its proximity to such a developing young communal area played a role in its consistent ability to serve and impress new patrons since it first opened back in June of this year.
A number of its cocktails repeatedly earned praise amongst many reviews, specifically the “Roots Run Deep” was a hit, as well as the “Dog Days Negroni”. Both of which feature a very unique presentation that makes the experience as much of a visual spectacle as it is a delicious craft cocktail.
There is also a great selection of wines to choose from, with a particular emphasis on small producers and lesser-known wines from regions all around the world; as a result, patrons of the bar get an amazing opportunity to try unique wines that strike a balance between quality and value.
Aside from the drinks, there was also a common appreciation for the bar’s focus on smaller plates executed well, the most commonly referenced of them being the mortadella sandwiches served on fresh focaccia.
